Hotel and Travel Arrangements

TRAVEL

As an appointed IATA agent, Resecity has the possibility to offer you competitive prices for return travel from your point of origin to Stockholm. Upon receiving your registration you will be contacted by Resecity, who will offer you available flights on both scheduled airlines and low cost carriers, to suit your requirements.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

For your convenience, Resecity has secured a number of rooms, at specially negotiated rates, at our conference venue the Clarion Hotel. This first class hotel, located in the southern part of central Stockholm, is only a 10 minute subway journey to the city centre. You can read more about the hotel on their  website

As an alternative, a number of rooms are also available at the Scandic Malmen Hotel, which is a middle class hotel, only 15 minutes walk from the Clarion Hotel and one subway stop closer to the city centre. For further details about the hotel visit their  website

Resecity also has the possibility to book accommodation for you in one of the budget hotels with whom we have special prices.

TRANSFERS

Pre-booked pick-up service
It is now possible to pre-book a pick-up service on our registration site. You will be picked up at the airport by the driver on entering the arrival lounge, just after customs. For your return trip you will be picked up at your hotel. The cost is 55 Euro for each direction.

There is also the possibility to go by express train (Arlanda Express) or bus from the airport, which will take you to the Central Station, from where you can continue by either subway or taxi to your hotel. Tickets for both the Arlanda Express and Flygbussarna must be purchased at the airport on arrival.

Arlanda Express
Trains leave Arlanda Airport approximately every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. The journey to Stockholm takes 20 minutes. You can check the timetable at www.arlandaexpress.com. A single ticket costs 220 SEK (24 EUR) and it is 420 SEK (45 EUR) for a return ticket.

Bus
Flygbussarna leave from Arlanda Airport every 10-15 minutes for the City Terminal in central Stockholm. The bus journey takes 40 minutes and costs 99 SEK (11 EUR) one way or 179 SEK (19.50 EUR) for a return ticket.
